At Tri-Valley Volunteer Fire Department, we're committed to swiftly responding to emergencies in our community, safeguarding lives and property with professionalism and care through ongoing training and education.

The Tri-Valley Volunteer Fire Department has proudly served the Denali Borough for over 40 years, covering approximately 50 miles of the George Parks Highway. As a combination fire department, we experience a busy season during the summer months, our peak period. To manage the increase in EMS calls during this time, we employ EMS medics who are housed on our property. Our department operates entirely with volunteer members, providing essential EMS, fire, and search and rescue services. Our fleet includes Type 1 engines, tenders, Type 5 and 6 fire apparatus, and three ambulances. We invite any community member interested in volunteering to join us. Simply attend any Tuesday night training session at 7 PM and fill out an application. Though small in number, our team is mighty in spirit and dedication.
